Check out UserZoom (www.userzoom.com) as well. It combines multiple tools in one platform (usability testing, Voice of customer, online surveys, card sorting, tree testing, screenshot click testing, screenshot timeout testing etc.) It offers solutions for both web and mobile.

Good choice of usability testing tools – I would call them classics. But it’s also worth looking for platforms that combine more than one tool in order to make the integration easier.
Great point on integration! So much fragmentation as it stands today… (although awesome problem solving beginnings…) the future is bright!

You may want to have a look at BeeUX.com. It’s a helpful and powerful tool with support for mobile websites.
